Returns & Refund Policy

At FM AUTO PARTS, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in accordance with the terms outlined below.

1. 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You can return or exchange most items within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused, and uninstalled condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Certain custom/special orders or clearance items may be excluded from standard returns. These exclusions will be explicitly noted on the product page.

2. EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Right to Cancel)

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you have the legal right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

  • The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date on which you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the goods.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., via email or phone). You may use the Model Withdrawal Form provided below, though it is not mandatory.
  • If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding extra costs resulting from choosing a non-standard delivery option), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

3. Return Process & Shipping Costs

  • How to Initiate: Contact us at web@fm-autoparts.com with your order number and part details before sending any items back.
  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was incorrectly shipped by us.
  • Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit back to us.

4. Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 4 business days. Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a part that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We will provide a replacement or full refund—including return shipping costs—at no charge to you.

6. Warranty Claims

Many of our automotive parts come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions set by the specific manufacturer. Please contact us with your order details if you need assistance submitting a warranty claim.

Shipping Policy

At FM AUTO PARTS, we strive to dispatch your auto parts quickly and securely. All orders include full tracking information so you can monitor your shipment's journey.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed within 3 business days from receipt of payment. Once your package ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking carrier and tracking number.

3. Shipping Rates & Taxes

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on total weight, dimensions, and destination country. Please note that orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees levied by your destination country, which are the buyer's responsibility.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

All shipments are tracked. If your package appears stuck, significantly delayed, or arrives with visible damage, please contact us immediately at web@fm-autoparts.com. We will open an official investigation with the postal carrier and arrange a prompt replacement or refund.
